BULLET PROOF SHOULDERS

This workshop is dedicated to the shoulder. We will look at what the shoulder is designed to do and how we can maintain this versatile joint. Shoulders are often not used in the way they were designed to be used and this can lead to impingements, rotator cuff tears and a loss of mobility that can affect the way you move and feel and limit your training potential. To restore authentic function to your shoulders you need to break restrictive movement patterns caused by your sport, activity or lifestyle. We will teach you mobility, stability and strength strategies that will restore the foundations for a healthy joint to eradicate pain and help you to maintain a pain-free shoulder that will last you a lifetime. 

This workshop is for people in sports, fitness and movement, lifters and non-lifters, athletes and non-athletes, people with shoulder niggles and people who don’t want shoulder niggles. 

MIGHTY SPINE

This workshop is dedicated to the spine. We will look at what the spine is designed to do and how we can maintain this versatile and complex joint. Our spines are often not used in the way they were designed to be used and this can lead to pain, loss of mobility and poor muscle function. Ultimately this can affect the way you move and feel and limit your everyday and training potential. To restore authentic function to your spine you need to break restrictive movement patterns caused by your sport, activity or lifestyle. We will teach you mobility, stability and strength strategies that will restore the foundations for healthy whole body movement to eradicate pain and help you to sustain a pain-free spine that will last you a lifetime. 

This workshop is for people in sports, fitness and movement, lifters and non-lifters, athletes and non-athletes, people with back niggles and people who don’t want back niggles. 

INVINCIBLE HIPS

This workshop is dedicated to the hip joints. We will look at what the hip is designed to do and how we can maintain this versatile and complex joint. Our hips are often not used in the way they were designed to be used, we sit too much and only use a limited range of movement. This can lead to pain, hip ‘rotator’ cuff tears and a loss of mobility that can affect the way you move and feel and limit your training potential. To restore authentic function to your hips you need to break restrictive movement patterns caused by your sport, activity or lifestyle. We will teach you mobility, stability and strength strategies that will restore the foundations for healthy movement to eradicate pain and help you to sustain pain-free hips that will last you a lifetime. We will also introduce kettle bells, balls, bands and other small equipment for self-maintenance, dynamic stretching and foundational primitive patterning.  

This workshop is for people in sports, fitness and movement, lifters and non-lifters, athletes and non-athletes, people with back niggles and people who don’t want back niggles. This course is also suitable for physios, personal trainers, sports therapists, osteopaths etc to support the transition of clients from treatment phase back to full function and/or through sport rehabilitation. Hip-specific movement and mobility hacks – kettle bells, mobility tools such as bands and balls and how to integrate those into primary patterns and functional foundations programmes.
